The aim of this study was to analyze the optimum temperature and percentage ethanol extract steviol glycosides (Stevioside Rebaudioside A) from stevia leaves in a percolation extractor. experiments were performed broad ranges binary solvent (0-100 % ethanol) (30–70 °C) order investigate their effects on recovery purity. optimal extraction conditions, which gave best kinetic 70 °C 35% ethanol. In addition, condition giving maximum purity 70% between 30 70°C.
